Job Duties:

• Direct financial activities of the organization
• Maintain current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, federal and state policies and directives, and current accounting standards.
• Risk exposure management as far as foreign exchange, commodities, and energy are concerned
• Maintain banking relationships and liaison with banks
• Monitor accounts
• Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts for review by management
• Supervise employees performing financial functions (2 employees)
• Analyze and prepare foreign exchange transactions
• Receive, record, and authorize requests for disbursements in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain communication with Regulatory Reporting to ensure efficiency between
• Internal & External auditing
• Cash management responsibilities includes estimates, calculation of net cash position, analysis of bank activity and assessment of investing/borrowing activity; maintaining lockbox activity and records
• Cash flow management (long and short term)
• Advice management on investments

Educational Requirements
Master’s in Business Administration

Experience
1 year experience as a Treasurer or Financial Analyst. Experience to include experience in risk exposure management as far as foreign exchange, commodities and energy are concerned.
